Died in February 1970 at age 84. Owned the Art Furniture Company in Buffalo from the mid-1920s until about 1966, when a fire destroyed the store building. He was a president of the West Side Businessmen's Association and was known as the "Mayor of Ferry Street." He was also active in Temple Beth El and civic associations including the Masons and the Kiwanis.[1]
