Biography
Katherine Goode was the daughter of John Goode, merchant taylor of London, and Elizabeth Brooke.
She was named as the wife of Robert Hampson in both the 1602 will of her step father Thomas Culpeper[1] and the 1604 will of her mother Elizabeth.[2]
Sir Robert Hampson married Catherine, daughter of John Goad, of London, by whom he had issue, nine children, of which, two sons, and two daughters survived him, viz.[3]
- To the Memory of the vertuous Lady Katherine Rotheram, late Wife to Sir John Rotheram ; first espoused to Sir Robert Hampson, Kt. and Alderman of London, by whom she left two Sons and two Daughters; she departed this Life the 22d of Feb. Anno Dom. 1625, EAtatis sui 72.[4]

Catherine Goode was William BEVILLE"s STEP GRAND MOTHER. She died in England. Elizabeth Hampson her daughter who married thirdly Robert Beville NOT the father of William BUEL. His son William BEVILLE died in 1637 in London.
