Biography

Kate was the daughter of William J. Goodeve and Margaret Morgan. ^[1]She married Edward D. Sutherland in Ottawa, Ontario, on September 10, 1877.^[2] She was the mother of May Thesilian (July 12, 1878),^[3] Henry Davenport (December 12, 1880),^[4] Alice G. (1885), ^[5]Edna Goodeve (June 23, 1886), ^[6] Ronald D. (January 1891) ^[7] and Allan M. (1894). ^[8]

Kate died in 1929^[9] and was buried at the Beechwood Cemetery, Ottawa.^[10]
