Biography
Arretta Goodner was born on March 28, 1856, in Decatur City, Iowa, the daughter of Lavina and Joel. She married John Jethro McIntosh and they had ten children together. She then married Zephaniah Hughes on November 29, 1923, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She died on January 4, 1937, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, at the age of 80, and was buried in Honey Creek, Iowa.
