Biography


Robert was born in 1850 at Glasgow, Scotland. He is the son of John Gordon and Margaret Steele. His 2nd name has been found as both "Moore" and "More".

He migrated to South Australia, apparently with other family members.

Robert died at Adelaide in 1941, age about 90, and was buried at West Terrace Cemetery.
