Probate

His will is dated 22 September 1741 and proved on 20 May 1742 in Fairfield. He mentions his wife, and his children, Joseph, Benjamin, George, John Samuel, Hezekiah, and Mary Munson. His inventory was taken on 3 August 1742 and included an enslaved woman and two enslaved children, no names or children relationships are mentioned.[3]

The distribution of his estate was recorded on 2 July 1750 in Fairfield.[4]
