I could not find John in the 1920 and 1930 US Census'. I don't know if he was out of the US or the census takers spelled his name incorrectly. Leora was living with her mother on the 1930 Census; however, John was not with them.
There were two children born to this marriage: Laura June (Gorsuch) Edwards (Apr 29 1926, Detroit, Wayne, Michigan to Feb 11 2003 Garden Grove, Orange, California) and John Randall Gorsuch (Feb 14 1937 Rockford, Winnebago, Illinois to Apr 22 2000 Cherry Valley, Winnebago, Illinois).
Parents were Richard Henry Gorsuch and Estella Laura (Mishler) Gorsuch.
