William Fife of "Burnt Coat", came from New Hampshire and was the first of the name in the region.

iv. NATHAN JUDSON; b. 29 Mar 1841 at Swans Island, Hancock, Maine; d. 9 Jan 1863 at Belle Blaine, Virginia, at age 21.
