Biography

William Franklin Gragg was born on July 5, 1863, in Henry County, Missouri. He was the son of John Cook Gragg and Lucinda Gragg. He married Mary Ann on August 28, 1889, in Bates County, Missouri. He passed April 27, 1936, in Bates County, Missouri, at the age of 72, and was buried in Radford Cemetery, Bates County, Missouri.[1][2][3][4]
