"Lenoir, NC- David Eugene Gragg, age 54, of Lenoir, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at his home. Born, June 6, 1961 in Watauga County, David was a son of the late Floyd Enlo and Mary Watson Gragg and the husband of Patricia Gragg of the home. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Ray Junior Gragg and two sisters, Linda Sue Gragg and Patricia Ann Gragg.
David loved antiques, including cars, pictures and other items. He loved being at home with his family. Surviving other than his wife Patricia, are four children, Shanda Gragg of Lenoir; David Collins of Taylorsville; Ashley of Hudson; Joanne of Shelby; three sisters, Debbie Auton and Stephanie Greene, both of Granite Falls; Crystal Jackson of Lenoir; two brothers, Tony and Marty Gragg, both of Lenoir and 10 grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives, including two special nephews, Tony Randall Gragg, Jr. and Marty Gragg.
A celebration of David’s life will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, July 12, 2015 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with Pastor Rodney Coffey officiating. Burial will follow in the Gragg Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 2:00 until 3:00, one hour prior to the service."[7][8]
