Died Monday, Feb. 27, 1989, at Riverland Hospital, Ferriday. She was a resident of Sicily Island. Visiting at Pine Hill Baptist Church, Sicily Island, 12 noon until religious services at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Survived by husband, W.A. Kiper; a daughter, Cecile Allen, Baton Rouge; a sister, Allie Maye Kennard, Greenwell Springs; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Henry and Allie B. Graham; a son, James G. Kiper; three sisters; and three brothers. Young Funeral Home, Ferriday, in charge of arrangements.[1]
