Research Notes
Captain Ninian Steel (1745-1780) of Rowan County should not be confused with Ninian Steele (1738-1818) of Statesville, Iredell County. There are two Family sketches in The Heritage of Iredell County that talk about two different Ninian Steeles, Family 592 and 583.
There is no evidence that she married Garvin Hutchinson, his profile was detached as her husband.
