Biography

Alice Graham was born 29 Oct 1882, the daughter of Seymour Elester Graham and Sarah Emily Marchant.

According to a Thomas Family Tree on Ancestry, she married Frank Olmstead on 22 June 1940. However, no source for this date was given.

The Cuba NY Patriot published the following in September 1976:

Mrs. Alice G. Olmstead – Mrs. Frank (Alice) Olmstead of 44 Greenwich St., Belmont, died Monday, Sept 6, 1976, at Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville. She was born in Angelica, Oct. 29, 1882, the daughter of Seymour E. and Sarah Marchant Graham. In 1939, she married Frank Olmstead, who died in 1942. Mrs. Olmstead was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of this area. She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Frank (Fannie) Eymer of Belmont, Mrs. George (Bessie) Crandall of Wellsville, and Mrs. Charles (Gertrude) Flint of Scio; and several nephews and nieces, including Mrs. Marian Thomas of Belmont, with whom Mrs. Olmstead had resided.

Alice is buried in the Forest Hills Cemetery in Belmont, Allegany County, New York.^[1]
