Catherine's family name Graney appears on her husband's death certificate. Catherine is found with both "C" and "K" spellings.
There was a Catherine Graney living in Perry, near Eagle, born in 1909. Local news items in the Perry Herald (28 Aug 1929 and 15 April 1931) and Caledonia Advertiser (5 March 1936) indicate that Ronald's father in law was Thomas V Graney, which agrees.
