Mary Grant was born 17 Apr 1702 in Windsor Township, Hartford County, Connecticut [1]. She was the fifth child of Hannah Chapman & Mathew Grant.
Gershom Loomis [b. 9 Apr 1701, son of Thomas Loomis & Hannah Porter; d. 27 Dec 1738 @ E. Windsor, Connecticut] and Mary Grant both of Windsor were married June A.D. 1736 [2].
Mary Grant Loomis, consort of Gershom Loomis, daughter of Mathew Grant died Jan. 24, 1780 at the age of 77. She was buried in the Edwards Cemetery, South Windsor, Hartford County, Connecticut [3].
Note: There were at least two Mary Grants living contemporaneously in the same geography. Care should be exercised to not confuse this profiled person with the Mary Grant who was born 16 May 1702, daughter of Thomas Grant and Sarah Pinney, who married on 7 Mar 1727/28 Samuel Denslow.
