As of October 2023 FamilySearch.org for Elizabeth has unsourced parents, Ann (Miles) and William Granville. Elizabeth does have several descendants who have shared matches with descendants of Thomas Greenfield=Granville=Granfell, whose mother is given as Ann Miles in some unsourced family trees.
