Biography

Archibald was born in Orange County, North Carolina the year 1782. He married to Cynthia Armour in Greene County, Georgia the year 1807. The known children of Archibald and Cynthis Gray were, viz: Amanda, Mary, Lucy Caroline, James Jefferson, John Thomas, Josephine, Albert Thomas, Jane, and Edward. Cynthia passed away in 1841 and Archibald again married to Isabella Corbin in 1843. Daughter Ella Harriet Gray was born in 1844. Archibald Gray passed away in 1846.[1] His widow remarried to Richard M. Stewart.[2]
