Biography

Henry was born in 1826. He is the son of Latham Gray and Julia Pendleton. He passed away after 1889. ^[1] In 1849, Henry P. Gray was living in Gray Station, Herkimer Co., NY and moved from there to Brunswick, GA in 1865 with his 7 yr old son, Benjamin Benchley Gray, a.k.a B.B. Gray (this was noted in B.B. Gray's obituary). With a high degree of certainty, because of family accounts over the years, he remained in South Georgia. ^[2]
