Contractor and mason. Wes built many of the buildings on the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, Virginia including the President's House.

Headstone has name as Wesley William Gray, but John Lewis, his grandson lived with Wes and Dora and he informed me that his name was William Wesley Gray - the headstone is wrong.
