Lloyd served in the US Navy From 1952 until 1959 "attaining rank of 1st Class Ship Fitter. He had visited 31 foreign Ports...aboard the USS Bristol and the USS Yellowstone."
After leaving the Navy, Lloyd "was employed by CG Brunckow in Rhode Island for 15 years... lived 23 years in Rhode Island and returned to Bennett’s Valley in 1972."
When Lloyd returned home to Weedville, PA, he worked until he "...retired from Quality Components of Daguscahonda in 1992 after 14 yrs."
