Biography
Emma was born on March 15, 1829. She and Jonathan bought a marriage license on Aug 5, 1848 in Dale County, Alabama. Emma married John R Woodham on 5 August 1848.[1]
In the 1850 census Emma (age 21) was in Southern Division, Dale, Alabama, United States.[2]
In the 1860 census Emma (age 32) was in Dale, Alabama.[3]
Emmee's son Walter Young Woodham was born 18 Feb 1869 in Dale Co, Alabama.[4]
In the 1870 census Emma (age 46), Keeping House, was in Beat 7, Dale, Alabama.[5]
She passed away on December 17, 1911. Emma was mentioned on a memorial in Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church Cemetery #1, Houston County, Alabama, United States with a death date of 17 December 1911.[6]
