- MIDDLE NAME:
- Probably Jefferson, but there is NO real evidence to offer proof.
- The closest I can find is an assumption, based on an assumption.
- Meaning Thomas's sister (Sarah E Davenport) has a death record where Sarah's father is named Jeff Green. Sarah was widowed at the time, so her death certificate informant was probably one of her adult children. Sarah's children were young when their grandfather Thomas died. However, because of this "Jeff" reference, it might be assumed Thomas SR had middle name of Jefferson. Therefore, it might also be assumed that Thomas JR also had the same middle name as his father.
