Albert Alexander was born in 1902 at Albert Terrace, Sleaford. He attended the William Alvey School in Sleaford. He worked as a motor engineer for Skinners and later as an electrical engineer at Bratleys.
He was very interested in motorcycles and started the Sleaford Motorcycle Club. He even raced at Donnington Park.
He married Lucy Parker in September 1929 in Sleaford. They had two children, a son and a daughter.
During WW11 he worked for the National Fire Service and was the Chief of the Sleaford Firestation. He was sent to London for 6 months during the blitz. On returning from London he worked at the Waddington Airbase as electrical engineer.
He died on 1st March 1984 in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
