Abigail was born 20 Apr 1702 Newton, Middlesex, Massachusetts

Marriage 15 Jun 1732 Newton, Middlesex, Massachusetts. Joseph Park Rev. (Quaker) (1705–1777) 1732 Marriage: Joseph and Abigail Green became husband and wife. Rev. Joseph was appointed as a missionary to Native American Indians - including the Narragansett Tribe - and to also minister, of course, to any and all English who might attend his services in Westerly. He built his home for his wife, his children, and his always welcomed parishioners.

CHILDREN:

1733 Birth of Son Jonathan Green Park 30 Oct 1733 Westerly, Rhode Island. He only lived about 20 years. He died on 8 Jan 1752 in Lost City, Hardy, West Virginia
1735 Birth of Twin Son Joseph Park 1 Nov 1735 (1735–1760) in Westerly also. Lived till about 25. Death of Joseph on 10 Oct 1760 At Sea near Fork, Baltimore, Maryland - same situation (same ship?) as brother Thomas.

Abigail died in 1772; Joseph died 1777 at 72 after 45 years of successful ministry, though at times a bit bumpy!

The following inscriptions are from old gravestones in the old graveyard on the north side of the post-road just out of Westerly going to Charlestown, a few rods east of the residence of Christopher Rathbun, near where the shore road enters the post-road. The meeting-house or church is now gone. These stones were in a good state of preservation in 1918
Inscription: In Memory of the Rev Joseph Park, who died March 1, 1777 in the 72d years of his age and the 45th year of Ministry. He was a faithful Minister of the gospel, a great patriot, a kind husband, a tender Parent, a great friend to the widow and orphan and fatherless, and was excellent neighbor.
Inscription: In Memory of Abigail the Wife of Rev. Joseph Park who died Oct 19th 1772 in the 68th year of age a faithful wife, a tender mother, a kind neighbor, a compassionate and steadfast friend, and an excellent christian
