Louisa Ritter Rice formerly Green was born September 27, 1834 in Fulton County, Georgia, United States, the daughter of William E. Green and Mary (Stiles) Green
Loiusa married Zachariah A. Rice on May 15, 1855 in Fulton County, Georgia, United States. [1] They had the following children:
- William Wallace Rice,
- Parker Merimuth Rice,
- Henrieta E Rice,
- John Woodson Rice and
- Mary Louisa Rice
Loiusa died December 26, 1882 in Fulton County, Georgia. She was buried at Oakland Cemetery in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, USA.[2]
