Biography
George was born in 1772 and christened on 20 April 1872 in Ledsham, Yorkshire the son of John Green. [1]
George Green of this parish, Husbandman married Sarah Hesselgrave of the parish of Fenton, spinster by Banns on 27 October 1795 at St Peter's Church, Leeds, Yorkshire, England.[2][3] Their marriage witnesses were Joseph Robinson and Thos Atkinson.
