William Wesley Green Birth: 14 Feb 1817 Virginia, USA Death: 7 Jan 1897 (aged 79) USA Burial: Helton Cemetery, Goldsberry, Macon County, Missouri, USA Memorial #: 20121188 Bio: William Wesley Green was born in Virginia. He moved with his parents to Kentucky in 1819. He married Amanda Hull. In 1837 they moved to Bloomington, in Macon Co., Missouri, where he worked as a blacksmith. In 1854 the family moved to New Boston, Mo. where he served as Justice of the Peace and postmaster, 1854-1869. In 1869 he moved to Tullvania where he took over the post office, continued as Justice of the Peace and ran a blacksmith shop.
The children Of William and Amanda were: William Thomas, Daniel, James, and Liza. William Thomas married Sarah Lane. He helped with the blacksmith shop in Tullvania.
