Surry Co., VA, DB/WB 7, p. 329, 1 Dec 1720: “Isaac Hall to John Spain Sr. £5. 50 acres on north side of Nottoway River and bounded by John Mitchell. s/ Isaac Hall, Judith Hall. Wit: Robert Whitehead, David Peoples, James Thweatt. Rec. 19 Apr 1721.” [1]

Surry Co., VA, WB/DB 9, p. 94, 3 Sep 1739: “William Hall of Albemarle Parish in Surry Co. and Judith Early to Robert Webb the Younger of Albemarle Parish. £30. 50 acres (being all of the land whereon William Hall now lives) on the north side of Nottoway River and bounded by the sd Robert Webb and Henry Freeman. s/William Hall, Margaret Hall, Judith Early. Wit: Arthur Freeman, William Richardson, Henry Freeman, John Roland. Rec. 21 Nov 1739.” [2]

Surry Co., VA, WB/DB 9, p. 298, 7 Apr 1741: “Lewis Hall and Judith Early his Mother to Robert Webb Jr. 50 acres on the southeast part of Nottoway River and bounded by the late John Spain, decd. (now Robert Webb’s). This is all of the land given Lewis Hall by the will of his father, Isaac Hall. Wit: Moses Johnson, Robert Webb Sr., Henry Freeman, Cornelos Loftin. Rec. 15 Apr 1741.” [3]
