I had marked this profile because I think I messed it up when I typed the wrong birthdate and did not notice, and it came up as a match.
Looking at it now it is a combination of a few different Delilah Greers.
I will link each Delilah Greer here.
Under the birth heading it shows Delilah as an heir of Jesse, though it lists Jesse's wife as Judah.
Under name it shows Mitchell and Greer as multiple versions of last name. If Delilah is daughter to Jesse, her married name would be Mitchell. Because the marriage bond cited below is for Jesse and Judah, I will assume that Jesse is the father and Mitchell is the married name. The record cited as proof of her marriage is actually between Jesse Greer and Judah. For this reason I am removing Jesse Greer as husband for now.
I am sure that I have seen reference to a Francis Hardgrave (son in law of John Greer Jr) in my research. Perhaps more information on this person can reveal exact relationships.

From [Stanford Mitchell, Kentucky, 1850 census, wife Paradine] I’m quite sure that Stanford is not a brother of Wilburn Mitchell.Wilburn’s father was Moses Mitchell. His mother was probably Delilah Greer. As I’m sure you know, Moses Mitchell, in 1823, married Mary Magers who was a sister to your Thomas Magers and my William Magers (both sons of Robert Magers).

His father left him the home plantation. Married, Judah Hampton, (bond Wilkes County 14 August 1779), with Francis Hardgrave as bondsman. Estate administered in 1788 by his widow Judah. A record of the disposition of his land has not been found, but a guardian's settlement of 1799 (Will Book 1:597-8) shows that his heirs were: Delilah, Sarah, John, Nancy and Jesse." (OUR GREER FAMILY HERITAGE, 1983, by Thomas H. Greer, 335 Minamontes Avenue, Half Moon Bay, California 94019, page 61.) "Jesse Greer married Judah Hampton in 1779 and they lived in Wilkes County, North Carolina until his death in 1788. He was a Captain in the Revolutionary War and had his own Company of soldiers." (GREER FAMILY HISTORY, by Mrs. Ellen A. Fawcett, North Little Rock Arkansas. This was recieved by Frances Gosney Hoover, 5815 Gladstone Blvd, Kansas City, Missouri 64123-1517 in 1981, who in turn sent it to Ralph Terry in 1995. It appears to be a part of a collection of families, as it appears on pages 78 to 82.) Some information about some of the family and descendants of Jesse Greer was from James O. Greer, P. O. Box 175, Camp Wood, Texas 78833-0175, 1996. Much additional information about the descendants of Jesse Greer was sent by Tiffaney Porter in 1997.) "Jesse Greer was born about 1757, probably in Virginia before his parents moved to Wilkes County, N. C. Growing up on the frontier of western North Carolina during pre-revolutionary days must have been an exciting place for a young lad in his teens. The land and the forests were unspoiled for the most part except for an occasional Indian village. But the massive migration of settlers from Virginia began to change things. Roads had to be cut, forests had to be cleared for cultivation, and dwellings had to be built. It was a rugged existence, at best, but fulfilling to many who were unable to inherit or acquire tracts of land along the seaboard tract. "On August 14, 1779, Jesse married Judith Hampton. It is not known who her parents were, although there were several Hamptons listed in the census that was taken of Wilkes County during 1784-87. "Jesse was a captain in the militia during 1781-83, for which services he was granted bounty land as a resident of Washington-Sullivan Counties, Tennessee, on June 12, 1783. It is possible that he was the same person as the Jesse Greer from Wilkes County who fought in the Battle of Kings Mountain." (Information from Frank Greer, as per Tiffaney Porter, 1997.) He was married to Judith "Judah" Hampton on 14 Aug 1779 in Wilkes County, North Carolina. Judith "Judah" Hampton was born about 1759.
