Biography
Thomas Gregory was born in England.
The 1662/64 Visitation of Nottinghamshire calls this son of Hugh, spouse of Dorothy, "William".[1] Thoroton's 1677 printing of the pedigree calls him "Thomas." Thoroton explains that in 1662, George Gregory, not "exhibiting such suffcient proof as since he hath ... " perhaps explaining the change from William to Thomas. [2] Most subsequent printings have used Thomas.

Thoroton Pedigree (1677)
Thomas Gregory of Overbroughton, co. Nottinghamshire, was the son of Hugh Gregory and Maria. He married Dorothy Beeston.[2]
He was farmer and a grazier, in Broughton Sulney, Nottinghamshire (later called Over Broughton and Upper Broughton). Thomas Gregory was born about 1520.[3][4] Overbroughton, Nottinghamshire, was on the border of Leicestershire, north of Frisby and Asorby.[5] Thomas and his son John were perhaps tenants of Broughton-Sulney Manor.[4]
John is the only child mentioned in the sources.

Your estimated birthdates are based on 30 year gaps. However, I feel that maybe too generous, as the farther back in time we go, people tended to marry younger than 18 years old. Do you have some historical statistics to firm up the 30 year gaps estimate for generations before 1600?
Wikitree requires a birth or death date. The visitations, notoriously, list no dates. If I remember correctly, the dates I used were a very loose attempt to meet Wikitree's requirements. The beginning of the line William was a juror in 1503, so not a child, hence the 1470. The other end of the line Henry the immigrant was having children 1615 ish. So the estimated dates were based on making the generations fit the amount of time. Are they perfect? Nooooo! If you have a better estimate to use, I'm open to reinterpretation.
