Biography

Josiah P. Gregory was born on 7 Jan. 1821 at Colchester, Delaware County, New York, USA. [1]

He appeared on the census of 29 Aug 1850 in the household of his parents, Thomas Gregory and Mary (Purdy) Gregory, at Colchester, Delaware County, New York.[2] He appeared on the census of 18 June 1855 in the household of his parents at Colchester, Delaware County, New York. [3]

He married Anna F. Barnhart, daughter of Alexander Barnhart and Matilda (Gregory) Barnhart, on 25 Jun 1857. [1]

He was a farmer when he and Anna appeared on the census of 4 Aug. 1860 at Colchester, Delaware County, New York. [4]

Josiah died on 4 April 1867 at Delaware County, New York, at age 46.[1]
