Research Notes

In the book "A Gregory Colonial Family", the author lists Elizabeth Crosby Jeter as the wife of Benjamin J. Gregory. In fact her sister, Elizabeth Crews Jeter was the wife of Benjamin J. Gregory. The tombstone of Elizabeth C Jeter that appears on page 103 is correct and it confirms Elizabeth Crews because those are her date of birth and death.
