Biography

Thomas was born about 1800. Thomas Griffin ... He passed away about 1870. [1]

The Bahamas DNA website states that Thomas, son of Elizabeth FERNANDER was born about 1880.( See notes about age and dates of Elizabeth Fernander.) It seems likely that she and Thomas Griffin Sr. were the grandparents (not the parents) of Thomas Jr.

Nonetheless, DNA testing supports the link between the three parties (Elizabeth, Thomas Sr., Thomas Jr.) DNA also links the Griffins of The Current to the Grffins of Gov Harbour.
