Jesse Lank was born about 1834 in Tennessee. His parents were Jesse Griffin and Sarah Brooks.
He married Sarah Holmes. Their children were William, Richard, John, Martha, Nancy, Sally, Steve and Tennessee.
He served as a confederate with the Arkansas 33rd Infantry in the American Civil War.
He died in Searcy County in 1903. He is buried at Leslie Cemetery in Searcy County, Arkansas.[1]
Notes
Though his grave has the dob as 1831, he was otherwise very consistent about it being 1834 in other records.
