Biography

Adaline (Griffith) Hollingsworth was born on 7 Feb 1815 in Gainesboro, Jackson, Tennessee, daughter of Samuel Griffith (1775 - ) and Sarah (Teeter) Griffith (~1777 - >1850).

In the 1850 census Adaline (age 35) was in Marshall, Clark, Illinois, United States with her husband Charles Hollingsworth, children, mother, and mother-in-law.^[1]

Adaline died on 11 May 1890 in Douglas, Clark, Illinois aged 75.^[2]
