Your petitioners therefore pray that an order may issue out of and under the hand and seal of this honorable court directed to the said Dickerson Nailor commanding him at an early day ...[illeg] ... to appear before your honor and show cause if any he has why he shall not state an account and report to this court the manner in which he has performed his trust, and for such action and further relief as to your honor may sense just and proper and your petitioners will ever pray, etc.
