It looks like multiple women have been conflated here. She can't have been born in Guilford in 1645 and also in Saybrook (later Lyme) in 1657, and its not likely that she died in Lyme and was buried in Springfield.
Griswold-553 and Griswold-155 appear to represent the same person because: Same spouse, DOB, DOD. I've added source citations for DOB, DOD to Griswold-155.
