Biography
Shubael Griswold Jr. was born in 1729 in Windsor, Connecticut to Shubael Griswold (1701 - 1733) and Phebe (Cornish) Holcomb (~1705 - 1732).[1]
Shubael married Abigail Stanley (1731 - 1783) on 8 June 1754. Their children were
- Phoebe (Griswold) Austin (1755 - <1829)
- Mary (Griswold) Woodward (1757 - 1834)
- Rev. Stanley Griswold (1763 - 1815)
- Norman Griswold (1767 - 1858).
Shubael died on 23 February 1807 in Torrington aged ~76.[2][3]
