Biography
Horatio was born about 1807. He was living in Cleveland by 1840, possibly to work on the Ohio & Erie Canal, was married and had 2 daughters. His wife Harriet Dyer died in 1849 and he in 1853, both from consumption/TB. (Information from the Cleveland OH cemetery records.) The children were sent to live with Harriet's sister Mary Van Sickler in Lockport NY. This profile is a collaborative work-in-progress. Can you contribute information or sources?
