Lydia was born about 1708 and was baptized on 2 June 1734 in Stoneham, Middlesex, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Thomas Grover and Sarah (Buck) Grover.[1]
Extensive research in 1959-60 by Dr. Claude W. Barlow turned up "Stoneham, Mass., Church Records", which shows: "Sarah and Lydia, daughters of Sarah Grover were baptized at Stoneham, 16 Aug 1730, and 2 June 1734, respectively".[1]
