Bahamas Project
Edwin Gwynn Sr. is part of a Bahamian family.

He is the son of William Gwynn and Rebecca Oliver. [1]

A booklet that records an address given in 1876 at the dedication of Key West's new city hall has a section on "Segar Manufacture" which began in Key West around 1830 and shipped cigars to New York and elsewhere. E.O. Gwynn is mentioned as one who engaged in this business.
