Benjamin Hegeman, of Six Mile Run, N.J., bapt. 21 March 1731 at Harlingen, as a son of “Arron [Hegeman] and Maria Vleet,” d. 1804. He inherited part of his father’s land, and married ^[1]:

1. by 1757, Geertje , who d. 6 Feb. 1777 “in her forty-first year,”
2. in 1777-79, Sara , alive in 1781.
