Biography
Stella, herself, and her descendants insist that she was a Haight. Government records clearly show otherwise. Geneaology considers public records to be much stronger sources than memories. The Haight/Height story has been cotroversial for a long time. I hope this puts it to bed.
Birth Cert and Marriage certs say she was born in Hill Grove but Stella says it really was North Range. (from Daughter Donna)
