DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Albert by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Albert:
Hi Peter just letting you know that I fixed up a database suggestion for Albert, and in the process created his father. The research is a little difficult as there are lots of incorrect names on records and I couldn’t find the marriage of Edmund Skelton Haines and Louisa Bennett, but I think it’s right from some key newspaper notices. I’ll see if I can find some more sources today. The father Edmund came to Australia with his family. Happy to discuss. Gillian
