William Anson Halbert Jr was born on 17 May 1784 in Henry County, Virginia. [1] He was the son of William Anson Halbert Sr and Elizabeth Hill. He passed away on 01 May 1859 in Steeleville, Crawford County, Missouri. He was interred in Non-Cemetery Burial. [1]
