Susannah was born in 1822. She is the daughter of James Hale and Nancy Chappell. She married Taliaferro Lingo about 1840 in Georgia. They moved there family to Calhoun, Arkansas, settled in Moro. Still a mystery is the date of her death or where she is buried.
