Biography
Son of Isaac Hale ( b Aug 1867 Kentucky (later census says Ohio)) and Hattie (b Jul 1872 Arkansas).[1] In 1920, Isaac is enumerated as Frank I. Hale.[2]
Sibling of Katie A. Hale...
By 1917, he'd moved to Echo, Oregon where, still single, he registered for the draft.[3]
In the 1920 census, he's still single and enumerated with parents in Umatilla, Oregon.
Can't find him in the 1930 census.
