Paul Edward Hale was born in 1917 in Kansas, to Samuel B. and Melvina E. (Williams) Hale.[1],[2],[3]

Paul had several siblings, including Nellie C., Horace M. (b. abt 1920 in Kansas), and Emma D. (b. abt 1922 in Colorado).[1],[4]
