Harry was born about 1810 in North Carolina. His parents are at this time unknown. He passed away in 26 January 1878 in Pike County, Missouri and is buried in Riverview Cemetery, Louisiana, Pike County.[1]
Harvey married Elizabeth Kingston on 12 February 1833 in Davidson County, Tennessee.[2]
In 1850 the family was still living in Davidson County. In the household with Harvey and Elizabeth were children: William, John, Francis, Joshua, Margaret, Bradford, Sarah, and Samuel Haley.[3]
The family moved to Louisiana, Pike County, Missouri about 1852; their son Abraham was born in Missouri in 1853.[4]
In 1870 they were still living in Louisiana, Pike County, Missouri. In the household with Harvey and Elizabeth are children Joshua, Joseph, De (son), and Ione (daughter) Haley.[5]
