Andrew was a fisherman at the Isles of Shoals by 1653 along with the three Kelly brothers and was called the "King of the Shoals". He settled on Smuttynose Island which was later called Haleys Island and his descendants lived there for the next 250 years. He built a sea-wall to connect two islands and improve the harbor, fourteen rods long, thirteen feet high and fifteen feet wide.
In 1662 with Thomas Donnell he bought the Edward Johnson homestead in York from John Pearce and sold his half in 1684 when he was living at Spruce Creek:

In 1667 Mr. Robert Elliot paid his fine for swearing and blasphemy. Andrew had been swearing blasphemously many desperate oaths, for which he was reproved by Robert Mendum who was one of the grand jury. Andrew swore "again, very desperately, several oaths and said he would put the said Mendum in his pocket."
Gowen Wilson gave Andrew 11 acres of his lot on Brians Point on Spruce Creek as a marriage dowry 2 June 1684:

He married Deborah, daughter of Gowen Wilson, and she was ad ministatrix of his estate, appointed Dec. 2, 1697; children: i. Andrew Haley; ii. William Haley; iii. Deliverance Haley, married George Berrry Jan. 1, 1702; iv. Elizabeth Haley, married Richard Crockett; vi. Hannah Haley, married Richard Westcott; vii. Rhoda Haley, married Samuel Skillings. The estate of Andrew Haley was divided in 1724 and the receipts of the heirs are recorded in York Deeds (fol. 232, vol. xi). Hannah Wescott, widow of Richard, receipted for her share June 4, 1724; Richard Crockett, Nicholas Hilliard and Samuel Skillings gave receipts at about the same time to Andrew Haley Jr., their brother-in-law.
Haley is generally the accepted form of the name. Haley is of Irish origin. It is spelled various ways. Hale, Hallie, Halie, Hally and Haley. Branches of the family were early in Kittery and Biddeford , Me. . They are said to be decended from two distinct heads, possibly brothers.

"Andrew Haley" is the correct name for the gentleman married to Deborah Wilison. Additionally, both of these profiles have problems with the parents; Andrew Haley of Kittery is suspected to be a close relation to the first Thomas Haley of Saco, although there's no strong evidence. He is certainly not a descendant of Thomas Haley of Saco, since those are well documented for the time period - see Walter Goodwin Davis's Ancestry of Charity Haley and related works. I would recommend the parents be unlinked after the merge.
